Using only imported Caputo 00 flour, DiMarco Pinsa flour and San Marzano DOP tomatoes for all our Pinsas and sauces. Pinsa is a lighter, healthier style of authentic Italian pizza. It is characterized by a crunchy outside, soft inside and is hand-stretched. Pinsa does not contain any additives, preservatives or saturated fats. It is also low in gluten, is vegan, organic with not GMO’s.
Complimenting the imported flour and tomatoes, we locally-source only the finest ingredients for our Antipasti, Insalata, Pasta, and Pinsas. Our goal is to bring you a diverse menu that not only preserves, but elevates hearty dishes that showcase the essence of Italian cuisine.
